Leo Moran of the Saw Doctors opens the show with a plug for the Houli’s Hooley. Paddy and Bill remember fondly all the summer festivals of their youth, particularly one summer when they won a prize at the Elmwood Park Fest that their mother ripped from the wall ten minutes after they put it up. William Kelly drops by to promote the upcoming Ancient Order of Hibernians fundraiser at the Irish American Heritage Center on July 2nd, and then The Chancey Brothers perform a string of terrific tunes with rebel songs and drinkin’ songs.
Next week at Fitzgerald’s Nightclub, Liam Durkin will join the Houli’s, so grab a sandwich at Big Guys Sausage and come on by Fitzgerald’s for the Hooley.
