Paddy Houlihan, Bill Houlihan, and Clay O’Brien
Fox’s Pizza, Guinness, The Cork and Kerry Irish Pub and Flood Brothers Disposal present The Houli’s Hooley with Bill and Paddy Houlihan who are joined by their good friend, Clay O’Brien. The cadence at the top of the show has been a little rumbly as of late… Clay gets right into it about some nearby shootings. The Houlihan brothers live in the same building now and they discuss their potential new sitcom, “Idiotville”. It’s an open-door policy! “I might start coming over now….” – Clay. Now they share Tammy as a neighbor – Don’t forget to “twirl the bowtie” boys! Slogan of the show: “Hipsters love Green River..” The lads discuss the different types of people that Billy attracts with his apartment interior. Bill’s mouth is back to normal so it’s time to hit the sugar again. He shares a story about his casual visit to the grocery store as well as a story about the latest controversial Skittles flavor change. Did he just come up with a new possible segment called Candy Talk?! It wouldn’t be a Houli’s Hooley without a Goodwill story and this week it involves water bottle bacteria. We take a musical break with “Youth Gone Wild” by Skid Row. Brainstormin’ over Squirts and Cigarettes. Why do people hate the word ‘moist’? The 3 amigos fill us in on their thoughts. We take another musical break with The Who’s “5:15” and then it’s over the Sports Talk with focus on the Bears and their new head coach. What about using a hologram coach? The guys seem to think it’s a good idea.. We take a look back at some of the best and worst coaches in Bears history. Fun Fact: The British like headbutting… You heard it here first! We end another ridiculous show with “Mr. Roboto” by Styx.
