Paddy pays respect to his late father-in-law. RIP Cliff Johnson. He chats about this local Rock legend and shares some fond memories of him including watching him play and meeting him afterward for the first time. Billy shares a story about his fist bump interaction.. The guys then welcome special guest, Sean Flannery, to the show. He has a weekly comedy show called “The Blackout Diaries” and a new book called “Places I Can’t Return To”. He chats about the book and how his crazy drinking experiences inspired each chapter. He broke his back in three places when he fell off a roof and shares the story about sitting in the handicapped section at Yankee stadium the following day. He chats to the guys about moving from Cleveland to Chicago at 23 years old and how he got into stand-up comedy 4 years later. He was a part of a comedy group called “The Blerds” and shares some of the mischief they got up to. He has a love for writing and mentions why he stayed here in Chicago. “It’s very hard to be as prolific as you are!” – Paddy. Sean delves into his comedy podcast, “The Blackout Diaries”, its inspiration and the success surrounding it. These three chat about twins being mistaken for one another and Sean tells the brothers about what makes a great drinking story. He also shares the best drinking story he has ever heard about a Vietnam General who slipped past the cops at a checkpoint. This guy is a Chicago treasure and compares the similarities between Cleveland and Chicago. Billy chats about a very unique job that is up and coming..
