Paddy Houlihan, Bill Houlihan, and Clay O’Brien
Fox’s Pizza, Guinness, Big Corner Tavern and Flood Brothers Disposal present The Houli’s Hooley with twin brothers Bill and Paddy Houlihan and their old pal, Clay O’Brien. The lads dive right into their usual tooth madness with a debate on who has better teeth – Irish people or Irish-Americans? Clay tells us about his dental problems last week that landed him at the dentist’s office for a deep clean. “I felt like a shark!” – Clay. Which would you choose: Good hair or good teeth? It’s one or the other! “People with full heads of hair will never understand the suffering…” – Bill. Paddy has started looking for a new dental school to care for his teeth, look out UIC! He’s introducing his chipped tooth to people as “Chip; Jeff’s neighbor”.. RIP Jeff. If Kesha has a gold tooth, why can’t Paddy do the same?! Clay and Producer Mike put together a special quiz for the Houlihan brothers called, “Celebrity Liquors” and it makes its debut on this week’s show! We take a musical break with “Gimme All Your Lovin” by ZZ Top. Billy’s having his own teeth problems with stale skittles which leads to an idea for a ‘Skittle Tea’. What is everyone getting up to for St. Paddy’s Day? The terrific trio explains who or what ‘Tullamore Dew Boy’ is. Clay suggests merging both St. Patrick’s Day parades. The lads come up with some wacky ideas including having 8th graders do a musical version of “Casino” and they reminisce on some of the genius stage play ideas they’ve had, such as “Bitcoin, the Musical” and “Fan Boy”. They dream of seeing their masterpieces being acted out in some school somewhere… Some new impressions, accents and wonderfully weird project ideas are what the guys end this week’s show with.
