Easter is almost here and the brothers discuss their potential plans as well as some of their Easter wishes. “Chicago is gonna be reborn!” – Paddy. You never know which way politics is going to go and the guys delve into Chicago politics including the recent Mayoral election, Lightfoot’s time as Mayor and funny political memes. The lads hope our First Responders are backed up and helped by the new Mayor. “The idea of old machine politics is dead..” – Billy. Is the Easter Bunny real? And when did he even first appear? We do know one thing and that’s that the Easter bunny has always been “pretty biased”! Paddy explains where some of the Easter traditions originated from such as easter eggs. Did you know?: ‘Hop-less’ is the name of the evil Easter Bunny. The brothers mention the upcoming Masters tournament to kick off this week’s Sports Talk and this leads to a Derby versus Masters discussion. The NCAA is also a hot topic during our favorite weekly segment. We then take a musical break with U2’s “I Will Follow”. The lads’ Brandon Johnson impressions need some work and they agree that egg rolls and coke sound like the perfect Easter dinner – to each their own, guys.. ‘Egg Roll’ is the latest wild movie idea by Bill.. The brothers begin the final stretch of the show chatting about their Dad and his First Responder podcast called “Hibernian Radio” and this is followed by an update on some recent movies in our Celebrity Chat segment. Here at The Houli’s Hooley we focus on the films we like the least… How does everyone feel about Tom Brady since “80 for Brady” was released? Are people sick of the Affleck/Damon duo yet?! Boston is anyway, apparently.. Paddy addresses Ben Affleck directly and Bill jumps in to suggest Clay and Paddy fight ’em! The Houlihan guys end this week’s great show with their golf predictions for this weekend and “Anti-Hero” by Taylor Swift plays us out.
