Paddy Houlihan, Bill Houlihan, and Clay O’Brien
Fox’s Pizza, Guinness, Madden Funds, Big Corner Tavern and Flood Brothers Disposal present The Houli’s Hooley with brothers Bill and Paddy Houlihan and their good friend, Clay O’Brien. The guys begin the show by looking back over their July 4th weekend and they fill us in on how they celebrated the holiday. Paddy put his back out at the driving range when he was only “three balls in..”. Fun fact: Marlboro Menthols can help back issues, apparently…? Billy shares his own weird 4th of July story where he had a run-in with an 11 year old girl and then the guys dive into their usual weekly Thrift Talk. Clay shares some second-hand shopping facts and Paddy discusses some of the anti-fireworks posts in his Facebook neighborhood group. “It’s every man for himself!” – Paddy. Meanwhile, Bill’s out here saving lives on the golf course with ginger ales! The terrible trio are asking all the important questions this week such as, ‘Do aliens have the same guns as humans?’ and ‘What ever happened to Doug, the White House alien?’. We take a musical break with “Friends In Low Places” by Garth Brooks to end the first half of the show. We then head over to Sports Talk with focus on how disappointed the lads are with the White Sox over the past 3 years. Adam Sandler is an interesting new impression that’s uncovered this week. Heimlich farts, adult piggy back rides and their new baseball movie idea, ‘Average’, are some of the many other very random topics of conversation covered by the brothers and Clay on this week’s episode of the Houli’s Hooley. We end another great one with 50 Cent’s, “Magic Stick”.
