Fox’s Pizza, Guinness, Big Corner Tavern and Flood Brothers Disposal present The Houli’s Hooley with brothers Paddy and Bill Houlihan and Clay is out this week but not to worry – he’ll return very soon! A bit of a crazy start to this week’s show with a story of lightning striking the studio’s antennae earlier this week. The lads think it could be an omen…  or is it lucky? They’ll have to get some lottery tickets after this! Paddy has plenty of parental obligations to keep him busy like parent-teacher conferences and High School potlucks where the food is “mighty good”! The brothers delve into Sports Talk where Jason Benetti leaving The White Sox broadcast booth is a hot topic this week. We take a musical break at the halfway mark with “Same Mistakes” by Laurel. Could this be The White Sox’s new anthem?! Paddy has been working on creating a daily routine or as he calls it “getting into old man mode” and Bill gives his full support! Thanksgiving is coming up and Bill is very excited about the Friendsgiving he’ll be attending and all the delicious food that’ll be served. “It’s the season for Merlot mouth!”. This leads to their newest business idea – numerous red wines mixed together and sold as ‘Red Mouth’.
